Set Up Your Location & Queue

After signing up, you'll have a default location and queue ready to use. Customize them with your business name and configure your queue settings:

  • Queue Name: e.g., "Service Counter", "Checkout", "Registration"
  • Ticket Prefix: Add a letter prefix like "A", "B" to differentiate queues
  • Starting Number: Set where ticket numbering begins
  • Wait Time: Set estimated minutes per customer for wait time calculation
  • Customer Info: Optionally require customer name or phone number

Print & Display Your QR Code

Each location has a unique QR code that links to your customer portal. Print it and display it where customers can easily scan it.

Tip: Go to your location settings and click "View Printable QR Code" to get a printer-friendly version perfect for signage.

Manage Your Queue from the Dashboard

Use the dashboard to manage tickets in real-time. Click "Manage" on any queue to open the ticket management view.

  • Call Next: One click to call the next customer in line
  • View by Status: Filter tickets by Waiting, Calling, Arrived, Missed, or Canceled
  • Update Status: Mark customers as arrived, missed, or canceled
  • Real-Time Updates: The dashboard updates automatically as customers join

Do my customers need to download an app?
No! Customers just scan the QR code with their phone camera and the queue page opens in their browser. No app download required.
Can I have multiple counters calling customers?
Yes! Multiple staff members can access the dashboard simultaneously. When anyone clicks "Call Next", the ticket is marked as calling for everyone to see.
What happens if a customer misses their turn?
You can mark them as "Missed" and call the next person. Missed customers stay in the system so you can call them again later if needed.
Can customers leave the queue on their own?
Yes. Customers see a "Changed your mind?" option on their ticket page that lets them exit the queue voluntarily.
How do I reset the queue for a new day?
Use the "Delete All Tickets" option in the queue management page. You can also selectively delete only missed or completed tickets.
